WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED FOR GAMES
1. SHINGUARDS - ALL PLAYERS AGE 5 & UP MUST WEAR SHINGUARDS (COASTAL KICKS DOES NOT PROVIDE)
2. CLEATS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED TO PLAY
3. ALL GAME PARTICIPANTS MUST PURCHASE A REVERSIBLE JERSEY. (CAN BE RE-USED EACH SEASON)
4. PLEASE WEAR WHITE SHORTS & WHITE SOCKS FOR GAMES - (COASTAL KICKS DOES NOT PROVIDE Shorts & Socks)
5. PLEASE BRING WATER TO ALL GAMES AND TRAINING SESSIONS
6. ALL FIELD EQUIPMENT FOR GAMES AND TRAINING PROVIDED BY COASTAL KICKS SOCCER

* Payments must be made in full prior to start of any programs.

 

Coastal Kicks Soccer  does not provide makeup sessions for sessions canceled due to weather. Each seasonal program contains a certain number of weeks, including accounting for normal weather cancellations during a season. Sessions are only canceled officially prior to its scheduled time under extreme and dangerous conditions.  At any point during a session, if lightning is detected within 10 miles of the site, site coordinators are instructed to cancel the session immediately.   


UNDER EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS MULTIPLE OFFICIAL CANCELLATIONS WITHIN A SEASON, PLAYERS CAN ELECT TO ATTEND ANOTHER LOCATION DURING THE WEEK TO MAKE UP FOR ANY SESSIONS CANCELLED. IN ADDITION,  MAKE-UP SESSIONS AND PROGRAM CREDITS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THREE OFFICIAL CANCELLATIONS, AT THE DISCRETION OF COASTAL KICKS SOCCER.

 

* Any cancellation made in writing ten days prior to start of program shall receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee.

 

Coastal Kicks Soccer reserves the right to cancel any programs due to lack of enrollment in which case a full refund will be given.

 

Once a program starts no refunds will be given.

 

* Medical release forms and emergency contact forms  or information must be completed prior to beginning of program.

 

Coastal Kicks Soccer reserves the right to dismiss a player from the program for disruptions, poor sportsmanship and/or violent conduct.  A refund will be given for any uncompleted sessions.
